[POOR AUDIO] DA leader, John Steenhuisen has accused Russian President, Vladimir Putin of being guilty of war crimes over his country’s invasion of Ukraine. The official opposition leader says he visited the embattled country, to gain first-hand knowledge about the war in Ukraine. Speaking at a virtual media briefing, he said the South African government had failed the people of Ukraine during this hard time.
