Police Minister Bheki Cele says more than five thousand people died during incidents of mass murders in the past four financial years. Cele says KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape and Gauteng are the provinces which recorded the highest number of these deaths. We were joined by anti-crime activist Roegshanda Pascoe.
