India pushes for stronger defence ties with Africa

At a time when India-Africa relations are growing, India is planning an India-Africa defence alliance in the long run as it wants to consolidate one to one defence ties. An intention to this effect was announced at an informal India Africa Strategic dialogue in Delhi on March 27, 2018.
