Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu said on Monday (August 14) that Russian weapons were showing their effectiveness in Ukraine. In remarks at the opening of the Army 2023 exhibition, Shoigu said that “much-hyped” Western weaponry had shown itself to be “far from perfect” in the course of fighting in Ukraine.
