If the government believes what you are doing is socially beneficial the score will increase and if not, the score will decrease. This is called Social Credit System. And its a reality of today’s world which exists in China. The Chinese government tracks every single person present in china. With the help of huge digital surveillance system the state collects massive amount of data from their citizens.
