EFF leader Julius Malema says South Africans will never be free as long as high levels of crime persist in the country-this as the nation commemorates Freedom Day.

Malema was speaking to mourners that gathered at the funeral of Koketso Mojatua, the party’s former Regional Chair and Councillor in Ekhuruleni.

Mojatua was tragically killed in an apparent car hijacking in Vosloorus, on Johannesburg’s East Rand last Sunday.
