The defence ministers of China and Russia have confirmed their participation in a SCO Summit meeting which will be held on April 28 in New Delhi. This will be first such visit by Li Shangfu and Sergei Shoigu amid the LAC standoff and the Russia-Ukraine war. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will also host the two ministers for a bilateral a day before the main meeting. Watch this video for more details.
