Ahead of PM Narendra Modi’s visit in US, a deal between General Electric and Hindustan Aeronautics LTD to co-manufacture jet engines in India is said to create a ripple effect across Indian and American Defence Industries. The deal is expected to have a major impact between the two nations. The president of the US Indian Business Council, Atul Keshap has said that both governments are putting enormous efforts into concluding the deal.
